IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DELEGATES FROM THE UK:
Godly Play UK will coordinate transfer of fees to Finland so please make sure to
- Fill in Godly Play UK under billing address in the booking form
- Send a cheque for £335 to Sheila Rogers, Godly Play UK training, 18 Waring Way, Dunchurch, nr. Rugby, Warwickshire.CV22 6PH
- Please add £50/night on your cheque, if you are arriving before Thursday or leaving later than Monday.
BOOKING
- Accomodation is mostly in double rooms, so please state your wishes for room mate under "accomodation".
- Payment must be made in full no later than June 30th. Your invoice will be sent to the address you give under billing address.
- Extra nights: If you are arriving earlier than Thursday, 16 September or departing later than Monday, 20 September, cost for additional night is 54 euros including breakfast. Please fill in your arrival and departure dates on the booking form and choose the correct number of nights total at the bottom of the form.
- If you wish to bring a family member who will stay at the centre but not participate in the conference, the cost for the duration of the conference is 320 euros including meals. Please fill in the booking form for the person, but state "accomodation and meals only - not participating in the conference" under "accomodation".
- Cancellation: In case of cancellation after May 10th, a fee of 100 euros will be invoiced. Please send your cancellation per e-mail to kurssit@seurakuntaopisto.fi. Please use heading "Cancellation Godly Play conference" and state your name and address in the e-mail.
